A manga centric blogspot used to highlight various untranslated manga for scanlator groups to consider picking up for scanslation.

2.  Q: Who is this blog for?

Scanlators, raw readers, collectors, genre fans, fans of manga in general, etc.

3. Q: Do you accept recommendations or submissions?

Yes, feel free to suggest manga and it might be featured as a entry

4.  Q: How do you choose which manga to feature?

I chose manga based on if it catches my eye or submitted to me

5.  Q: Are you affiliated with any scanlation group?

I am in a few scanlation groups, but Manga Negotiator as a whole isn't affiliated with any scanlation groups yet.

📝 Content Structure Questions:

1. Q: Will posts include summaries?

Yes, we include summaries of the manga to make sure a scanlation team knows what there getting into and whether a series catches their eye.

2. Q: How often will the blog update?

I will try to update the blog every 2 - 3 days or a week.

3. Q: Will you categorize by genre, demographic, or magazine?

Yes, for the sake of ease and access, we will include those in the posts and tags in the page

🤝 Community & Contribution:

1. Q: Can scanlator groups contact you directly?
You can contact me at manganegotiator@gmail.com

2. Q: Do you track when a group picks up a featured title?
When a group picks up a featured manga, I'll update the page or make a new post announcing it's pick up out of necessity to keep people updated and to prevent accidental snipes.

3. Q: Do you feature scanlation group recruitment notices?
Yes, feel free to email me or comment if you want your scanlation group advertised.

4. Q: Can translators/typesetters/redrawers use your blog to network?

Yes, feel free to use group recruitment notices for work

Meta Questions:

1. Q: How do you verify a manga is truly untranslated?

I track titles across manga sites like MangaUpdates, MAL and MangaDex as well as manga sites in general. If I see a manga with few to no chapters or volumes listed compared to it's MAL or MangaUpdate entry, that's when I can safely assume it's untranslated.

2. Q: Will you cover other types of manga like Korean Manhwa, Chinese Manhua, Web manga and indie platforms?
I'm not opposed to doing those, but for now this blog is focus on Japanese manga. I'll consider including those possibly in the near future.

 Legal Questions

1. Q: Do you link to pirate sites?

For the sake of legality and access, I will always try to provide official sources for raws. I'll only link pirate sites for raws if no official sources for the manga exist.

2. Q: What happens if a title gets licensed? Will posts be removed?

If a title gets licensed we will either update the post or make a new post announcing the licensing.
